After several years of sitting with my dad and watching him hunt, it was finally my turn to put some meat in the freezer! My dad helped me study the Ohio Hunter's Saftey packet and at 12 years old I earned my first hunting license. To celebrate passing the test, my parents bought me a New Horton Explorer HD 150 crossbow, arrows and 90 grain Muzzy broadheads. We got the red dot sight zeroed in and after a little practice, I was holding 1-1/2" groups out of 20 yards. I was ready to hunt!
