Credit Card Policy

Credit cards purchases made through our web site are validated for billing address of credit card holder and CVV number verification.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Horton Manufacturing Company LLC. Prices, product specifications and availability are subject to change without notice. Orders by those under the age of 18 will NOT be accepted without the direct supervision of a parent or guardian.

We ask that personal and credit information be supplied by a parent or guardian for those under the age of 18 and that Horton's product usage policy be read and adhered to for all users.

Product Usage Policy

Products sold by Horton Mfg. should not be used by those under the age of 18 unless doing so under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian with the liability of all actions and users being that of the user and not Horton Mfg.  Before buying or using any Horton products, be sure to check with local law and game enforcement agencies that control usage of such products in your area.

New Product Returns Policy

All new products that are to be returned for credit can only be returned after obtaining a return authorization number which MUST appear prominently on the outside of the shipping carton. Returns for credit must be shipped freight paid. You can obtain a return authorization number by contacting Horton's Customer Service Department  by phone at 800-551-7468 or by email at sales@hortonmfg.com. Returns WITHOUT a return authorization number will be refused.

Warranty Returns Policy

Products returned for warranty claims must obtain a return authorization number which MUST appear prominently on the outside of the shipping carton. You can obtain a return authorization number by calling Horton's Customer Service Department using the toll free number which is 800-551-7468 or by email at sales@hortonmfg.com. Warranty returns must be shipped freight paid. Products sent back for warranty work will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of  Horton Mfg. per the warranty, if that product is covered by warranty. Products which are covered by a warranty have the warranty information included or you may contact Horton Mfg. if you have a warranty question.

If there are charges for products returned that are not covered by a warranty from Horton Mfg. payment to have the product repaired must be arranged before the product will be repaired with payments due being made by credit card. Items repaired under warranty will be returned freight paid.
