What is the difference between quad limbs and soli
It is an inherent characteristic for some limbs to split down the middle when stressed. Quad limbs were designed by a few companies to eliminate the "middle" by pre-splitting the limbs. However, limb twist and limb torque is more difficult to control with quad limbs, so accuracy can be affected. In addition, there is less limb surface to evenly absorb the stress, making them inherently weaker. Quality solid limbs made with high-stress materials prevent the common tendency for splitting as well as reduce limb torque.
